Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the operations team support of the department's business strategy and plans to achieve goals including administration, financial, analysis, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, customer and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure continuous process improvement through monitoring and evaluating performance
  • Collaborate with functional teams to develop strategies and tactics to achieve goals
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize benefits to the Company
  • Manage teams with diverse roles and responsibilities in support of projects and ad hoc initiatives
  • Responsible for team development
  • Monitor, review and strengthen operations workflow processes
  • Coordinate resources to ensure deliverables are met
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Keep abreast of industry, marketing and sales trends
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Master's Degree MBA, Engineering, Economics

Required Work Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams with diverse responsibilities, and projects complex in scope Required
  • Demonstrated ability to set, monitor and achieve goals through leadership of direct reports and/or teams Required
  • Experience in customer service Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Required
  • Demonstrated project or process management or operations or service focused experience Preferred
  • Experience in Energy Efficiency, Demand Management, or other competitive market driven utility programs, including process management experience Preferred
  • Experience managing relationships with partners and vendors Preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in project management tools or certification Preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in CRM systems, such as Salesforce Pref
