Core Responsibilities
- Join a fast growing and dynamic team and support some of the country's largest electric vehicles program and clean energy innovation projects
- Process requisitions for goods and services utilizing the company's enterprise-based system. Receipt invoices when goods are received and services are rendered; Communicate status of payments with department teams
- Process customer incentive payments in a timely manner
- Track purchase orders to ensure contract limits are not exceeded; retain invoices and supporting documents in files
- Support collaboration with the Electric Vehicle (EV) team, as well as other internal departments including engineering and energy services
- Ensure allocations for invoice payments are accurate and complete and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Set up new vendors for payment which includes contacting the vendor and obtaining the required documentation
- Assist with compiling information for internal and external audits
- Perform quarterly review of unclaimed checks sent from the treasury department and determine corrective actions for resolution
- Perform annual review of Tax IDs for partnerships
- Maintain retention of Personal Identification Information in accordance with company policies
- Research and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide training to other sections within the department on requisitioning goods and services and payment of invoices
- Responsible for handling department's P-Card transactions
- Update program expenditures data with actuals on a monthly basis
- Lead the program cost confirmation process for review, verification and transfers and corrections as part of month-end close process
- Compile expenditures for regulatory financial reporting on a quarterly basis
- Prepare monthly forecasting templates for program managers and support groups and consolidate all of forecasting inputs
- Run department O&M expenditure reports from Oracle BI, compile them and identify and research variances
- May perform other activities as directed by the manager or section manager as needed
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 Years of work experience
Relevant Work Experience
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills Required
- Demonstrated experience with responsibility for managing a departments payable Required
- Well organized, strong attention to detail and customer service Required
- Must be a self-starter Required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Required
- At least 2 years experience in the accounting function Preferred
- Ability to timely raise issues to appropriate levels of management Preferred
- Ability to research company policies to address issues Preferred
- Effective at prioritizing work and work accountability Preferred
- Excellent communication skills Preferred
- Experience with Oracle EBS (iSupplier, Sundry, GOI, iProcurement) a plus Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License Required

- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
